Custom Lips Love Seat in red Ultrasuede fabric.
Dimensions: 73″ wide (6 ft. 1″) x 30 1/2″ deep x 38″ tall.
Condition: gently used, excellent. Shows very little wear. A very small hole on the front lower right side (pinhead size). A very faint stain on the lower right side. The frame is solid and strong. There is a small chip on one of the legs which has been re-stained. It is firm to sit on.
